Banana Snickers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup melted chocolate
  • 15 thin banana slices
  • 15 teaspoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup roasted peanuts

Instructions

  • In a silicon mold, pour approximately 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate.
  • Layer thin banana slices on top of the chocolate, followed by a dollop of peanut butter.
  • Sprinkle roasted peanuts over the peanut butter layer, then cover with more melted chocolate.
  • Place the mold in the freezer until the Snickers are firm.
  • Once firm, remove them from the molds and enjoy!

Notes

  • Choose high-quality chocolate chips for the best results; Hu Kitchen is a recommended brand.
  • Opt for bananas that are yellow with just the right ripeness to avoid mushiness.
  • If you don’t have silicon molds, mini cupcake liners or a baking sheet can be used as alternatives.
