  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almond milk, mashed bananas, maple syrup, brown sugar, coconut oil, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt until everything is well combined.
  • Line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper and pour the oat mixture into it. Sprinkle the walnuts and chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the center is fully set and the edges are crispy. Be careful not to overbake!
  • Once done, take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Then, slice it into individual pieces and enjoy while it’s warm!

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup or brown sugar if you like, but keep in mind that the bananas also add natural sweetness.
