Bacon Brie Crescent Wreath
Servings 8
Ingredients
- 2 8-ounce tubes Crescent rolls
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 12- ounce wheel of brie cut into cubes
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the crescent rolls, separating each triangle. Arrange them in a sunburst pattern, with the pointed ends of the triangles facing outward (make sure the base of the triangles overlaps).
- Spread the cranberry sauce over the dough. Then, top it with brie and bacon. Fold the triangle tips over the filling and tuck them under the base to secure everything.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Brush the top of the dough with the egg and sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Bake until the dough turns golden, which usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired, then serve and enjoy!
