Perfect Holiday Gingerbread Blondies
Gingerbread blondies combine the best of both worlds: the chewy, soft texture of classic blondies with the warm, spiced flavor of gingerbread thanks to molasses. You only need one bowl and a few ingredients to whip up these delicious treats. They are simple, festive, and perfect for the holiday season.
Tips for Making the Best Gingerbread Blondies:
- Cream Butter and Sugar Well: Make sure to cream the softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy for the best texture.
- Don’t Overmix: Mix the dry ingredients just until combined to avoid making the blondies too dense.
- Prepare the Pan: Line your baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal and cleanup.
- Watch the Baking Time: Bake until the blondies are golden and chewy on the edges and soft in the center.
- Optional Topping: Sprinkle white chocolate chips on top right after baking for a melty, delicious finish.
