Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips I used a whole bag of Hu Kitchen Gems!
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Line a standard-sized baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the granola, saving the chocolate chips for last.
- Transfer the granola to the baking sheet and press it down firmly with a rubber spatula or the back of a spoon to form clusters.
- Bake for 22 minutes, flipping the pan around halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once done, remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely. This step is crucial for getting perfect clusters!
- Once cooled, break the granola into chunks and enjoy!
