You know how much I love experimenting with my ice cube trays, and when my friends used them to make s’mores, I just had to give it a try too! And let me tell you, they turned out amazing—just the right amount of sweetness when you’re craving a little treat!
Frozen S’mores Bites
Ingredients
- A handful of graham crackers I used Annie’s Homegrown bunny grahams because they fit perfectly inside
- Marshmallows I used Dandies vegan marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips I used Hu Kitchen gems
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil this helps melt the chocolate easily and makes it smooth. If you don’t like the taste of coconut oil, you can use refined coconut oil.
Instructions
- Place your graham crackers of choice at the bottom of each section in the ice cube tray.
- Cut your marshmallows in half and add them on top of the graham crackers.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallows in the ice cube tray.
- Place the tray in the freezer and let them freeze for 1-2 hours.
- That’s it! Once frozen, store them in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy your delicious s’mores bites!
