- 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour you can also use whole wheat flour if you prefer
- 1 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup Ground Oats
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Grape Seed or Avocado Oil
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 10- ounce Jar Fruit Jam or Spread
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, crushed almonds, oats, and cinnamon.
- Stir in the oil, maple syrup, orange juice, and vanilla until a batter forms.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and use a cookie scoop to form either 12 large cookies or 24 small cookies.
