Ingredients
- 1.5 cups 2% cottage cheese
- ¼ cup chocolate protein powder We used Garden of Life Chocolate Whey
- 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup or more to taste

- Blend the cottage cheese in a high-speed food processor until smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Scrape the sides of the food processor as needed.
- Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, and maple syrup to the cottage cheese. Pulse the ingredients together, scraping the sides with a spatula if necessary. Process until smooth and well combined.
