Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet

Posted on

Create a delightful summer treat with just three simple ingredients, all served up in the cutest lemon half – a perfect recipe we can’t get enough of! If you’re not feeling the lemon bowl vibe, you can always freeze it in a regular container, but where’s the fun in that? 😉

Here’s what you’ll need for 6-8 servings:

Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet

Course Dessert
Servings 8

Ingredients

  • 5 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup of agave or honey

Instructions

  • Toss all these goodies into a food processor or blender. Give it a whirl until everything is perfectly smooth. Since the strawberries are frozen, this might take a few minutes. Be sure to stop and scrape down the sides to make sure every bit gets blended in.
  • Enjoy it immediately for a soft-serve or smoothie bowl style. Alternatively, scoop it into lemon halves (after removing the fruit and pith) or a freezer container, and let it chill until set (about 3 hours).

Notes

Quick tips to enhance your treat:
  • Before blending, let the strawberries thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes. It’ll make the blending process faster and smoother.
  • Feeling adventurous? Swap out one cup of frozen strawberries with frozen raspberries for an extra sweet and tart sorbet. It’s my favorite way to make it, and I’m sure you’ll love it too! 🥰
