  • 1 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 3 oz orange juice freshly squeezed is best
  • 2 oz whiskey
  • ½ oz Cointreau

  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 2 sprigs thyme

  • Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled glass.

Notes

Making your own simple syrup is a breeze! We always have some on hand. Just simmer equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan, stir until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat and let it cool. For a small batch, try ½ cup of sugar and ½ cup of water. Keep it in the refrigerator for whenever you need it. Cheers! 🥂
