Million Dollar Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 12 ounces of spaghetti noodles cooked until just right, not too soft
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon of dried Italian herbs
- 1 pound of lean ground beef cooked
- 16 ounces of marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 6 ounces of cream cheese cut into cubes
- 3 cups of grated Mozzarella cheese divided
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a big bowl, mix the noodles, olive oil, garlic, beaten eggs, and dried herbs until everything’s nicely blended.
- In another bowl, combine the cooked ground beef with marinara sauce.
- Take an 11×7 baking dish and start layering: half of the noodle mixture, then spread sour cream on top, followed by half of the meat mixture. Sprinkle cream cheese on top, along with half of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining noodles, meat, and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is nice and bubbly.
