Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup whole rolled oats
- ½ cup raw cashews
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons cold brew coffee concentrate
- 2 soft medjool dates pitted
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- A few big handfuls of ice
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a blender, place the banana, oats, cashews, almond milk, coffee, dates, and vanilla. Blend until smooth, then add the ice and blend again.
- Pour into 2 glasses and top with a dusting of cocoa powder. Enjoy!
