Ingredients

  • 2 cups pancake mix of your choice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 apple (sliced)
  • Cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix up your pancake batter according to the package instructions until it’s nice and smooth.
  3. Spray a baking sheet with oil and spread the batter on top.
  4. Arrange your apple slices on top of the batter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes, or until it’s cooked through.
  6. Once it’s cooled, cut it into squares, drizzle some maple syrup on top, and serve!
