3 Ingredient Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • – 4 cups frozen blueberries
  • – 1 box gluten-free yellow cake mix can substitute regular
  • – 1 cup grass-fed butter can substitute dairy-free
  • – Vanilla ice cream optional but highly recommended

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Melt the butter in a medium bowl, then mix in the cake mix until you have a thick batter.
  • Add frozen blueberries to a baking dish, then drop the cake batter on top and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy with vanilla ice cream.

Notes

  • Use frozen blueberries for a more budget-friendly option.
  • Drop the cobbler batter over the blueberries in sections before spreading it evenly.
  • If using a deep dish like a pie dish, baking time may be longer. For a standard 9×13 or other shallow dish, bake for about 45 minutes.
  • The cobbler is done when the center is set and firm to the touch.
