Course Main Course

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of salmon bones removed
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of fresh dill chopped (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of hot paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven’s broiler and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay half of the lemon and orange slices on the parchment paper.
  • Then, place the salmon on top. Mix together olive oil, half of the chopped dill, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, and salt to make the sauce. Rub this mixture onto the salmon.
  • Top the salmon with the remaining orange and lemon slices. Broil everything for about 12 minutes. Once it’s done, take it out of the oven and drizzle some olive oil on top.
  • Sprinkle the remaining dill and a bit of flaky salt for extra flavor. Now, it’s time to dig in and enjoy your flavorful citrus salmon!
