Instructions
**Prep the Flour:** Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the flour evenly on a small parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes, then let it cool.
**Mix Ingredients:** In a small bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla.
**Combine Ingredients:** Add the flour and salt, and mix until well combined. Gradually add milk until the dough comes together.
