Ingredients

old-fashioned rolled oats

non-dairy milk
or any other nut milk or milk alternative

sea salt

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 45-60 seconds.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly coat with non-stick spray.
Pour in 1/2 cup of batter, then quickly swirl and twist the skillet to evenly distribute the batter.
Once the crepe is almost fully cooked, flip and cook for an additional 15-20 seconds.
Fill each crepe with your desired filling, fold, and add toppings.

Notes
Ensure all ingredients are fully blended to eliminate any oat pieces.
No blender? No worries; oat flour works too, just mix thoroughly.
Lightly coat your pan to prevent sticking.
