Instructions
Remove the pits from each medjool date.
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is well combined.
Use a cookie scoop to portion the mixture and roll it into balls with the palms of your hands. Place them on a parchment paper-lined plate.
Chill the balls in the fridge or freezer for about 10-20 minutes until they firm up.
Remove from the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
Notes
Be sure to remove each pit and stem from the date to avoid any discomfort.
A food processor works best for blending the ingredients thoroughly.
