Ingredients

high-quality extra virgin olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
1/2
cup
plain Greek yogurt

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper

cans of canned tuna
5 ounces each
Instructions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the tuna and blend until smooth and creamy.
In a bowl, flake the drained tuna with two forks into small pieces.
Pour about 1/4 cup or more of the green goddess dressing over the tuna and mix well.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Then, enjoy your salad with chips, in a lettuce wrap, or in a sandwich!
Notes
A blender or immersion blender will ensure a smooth and creamy dressing.
Don't hesitate to use any leftover dressing on other dishes for added flavor!
