Chocolate Banana Bark

  • 3 bananas sliced into coins
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cups dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaky salt

  • Let's whip up this tasty treat! Start by slicing the bananas into coins and arranging them on a baking sheet.
  • Spread a layer of crunchy peanut butter over the banana slices.
  • Now, let's melt the chocolate. In a small bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave them in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter-covered bananas.
  • Sprinkle some flaky salt on top for that extra flavor kick!
  • Pop the baking sheet into the freezer and let the bark freeze overnight.
  • Once frozen solid, break the bark into pieces and indulge! Store any leftovers in a covered container in the freezer for future snacking sessions.
