Blend all the ingredients for one smoothie flavor in a high-speed blender until smooth. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed.
Pour the mixture carefully into individual plastic freeze-pop sleeves, filling them only to the line. Remove excess air and seal. Alternatively, use a popsicle mold.
Place the filled sleeves or mold on a plate or baking sheet, then freeze for at least 8 hours until solid.

This recipe makes approximately 12 smoothie pops if you make all 3 flavors, with 4 pops of each variety.
