Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
Serve immediately for soft-serve or transfer to a lined loaf pan and freeze for firmer ice cream.
Once frozen, scoop into bowls, add rainbow sprinkles, and enjoy!
Notes
Adjust the amount of almond milk for desired thickness.
If the ice cream freezes solid, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
