Preheat your oven to 400°F. Spread a thin layer of butter on each slice of bread and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Bake the bread until it's toasted and golden, usually about 10 to 12 minutes. Let them cool for about 5 minutes.
Spread each toast with jam. Place a slice of brie on top, adjusting the size if needed. Sprinkle each slice of brie with about 1 scant teaspoon of granulated sugar.
Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar on top of each toast. Serve immediately and enjoy the deliciousness!
