Instructions
Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
In a bowl, combine the white part of the green onions, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, chili powder, soy sauce, parmesan, brown sugar, and salt to taste. Set aside.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, heat the sesame oil, neutral oil, and butter until very hot and sizzling.
Remove the pan from the heat and carefully pour the hot oil mixture over the bowl with garlic, onion, and chili. It should sizzle.
Mix everything together well and then add it to the cooked noodles. Toss until the noodles are coated.
Taste and adjust the seasoning according to your preference. Add the green onion tops and more parmesan if desired, along with extra chili flakes for more spice.
