Ingredients
**For the Meat Filling:**

**For the Dough:**

of plain whole milk yogurt

of olive oil

Vegetable oil or ghee for cooking the naan
**For the Garlic Butter:**
1/4

of unsalted butter
melted

teaspoons
of minced garlic

teaspoon
of salt

of chopped cilantro
Instructions
**Preparing the Meat Filling:**
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until golden.
Add ground beef to the pan along with all the spices. Mash and cook until browned and finely minced.
Add tomato sauce and cilantro. Mix and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
**Making the Dough:**
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest for 10 minutes until bubbly.
Add flour, yogurt, olive oil, and salt to the bowl. Mix until the dough comes together.
Knead the dough for 1 minute and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 to 1.5 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare the garlic butter by mixing melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and cilantro in a bowl.
**Assembling and Cooking:**
Divide the dough into 7 to 8 portions. Flatten each portion and add 3 to 4 tablespoons of meat filling in the center.
Seal the edges tightly and roll out the dough thinly.
Cook each naan in a hot skillet for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Brush the naan with garlic cilantro butter and enjoy warm!
Notes
You can add onions to the meat filling if desired.
