Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
Cut three sections out of each baguette to create three wells.
Brush the garlic butter inside and outside each baguette.
Layer beef bacon and mozzarella cheese in each well, then crack an egg on top of each.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the egg whites are set.
Finish off with salt, black pepper, chopped basil, parsley, more parmesan, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
