In a large bowl, combine melted butter, oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk until well combined.
Add vanilla, eggs, and Amoretti Natural S'mores Artisan Flavor. Beat for 30 seconds until the batter lightens.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix lightly until just combined.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter onto the graham cracker crust in the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until the center no longer jiggles. For fudgy brownies, avoid overbaking; for cakey brownies, bake 5-8 minutes longer.
Let the brownies cool completely before frosting.
