Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pour the melted butter into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix in the parmesan cheese, grated garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley with the butter.
Spread the mixture thinly in the baking dish.
Score the potatoes about 1/4-inch-deep in a diamond pattern (crosshatch).
Place the cut side of each potato in the pan.
Bake until the potatoes are tender and the parmesan creates a golden crust on the bottom (around 20-25 minutes).
Allow the potatoes to stand for 5 minutes before using a spatula to release them from the pan.
