Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut your brioche loaf into chunks and keep them aside.
Chop the cream cheese into cubes.
In a big bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar to make your egg wash. Whisk it until everything is well combined.
Place the brioche cubes in an oven-safe baking dish. Add strawberries and blueberries on top, and scatter the cream cheese cubes around.
Pour the egg wash over the entire dish. Cover it and let it chill in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 1 hour).
When you're ready to bake, remove the foil and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
Serve it up with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
