White Chocolate Matcha Cranberry Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup LesserEvil Snacks White Chocolate Matcha popcorn
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • Flaky salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt them in the microwave in 2 intervals of 30 seconds each until fully melted.
  • Spread the melted chocolate on a parchment-lined baking sheet, keeping some aside for drizzling later.
  • Add the White Chocolate Matcha popcorn and dried cranberries on top of the melted chocolate.
  • Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the popcorn and cranberries, then sprinkle with flaky salt.
  • Refrigerate the sheet for 20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  • Once chilled, break the snack into pieces and dive into the deliciousness!
