In a bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt them in the microwave in 2 intervals of 30 seconds each until fully melted.
Spread the melted chocolate on a parchment-lined baking sheet, keeping some aside for drizzling later.
Add the White Chocolate Matcha popcorn and dried cranberries on top of the melted chocolate.
Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the popcorn and cranberries, then sprinkle with flaky salt.
Refrigerate the sheet for 20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
Once chilled, break the snack into pieces and dive into the deliciousness!
