  • 16 ounces of strawberries halved
  • 1 Tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar
  • Zest of a lemon


  • 8 ounces of goat cheese
  • ¼ cup of ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons of water + extra for thinning
  • 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Honey to your liking
  • Fresh basil for a finishing touch


  • Start by preheating the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
  • Take the strawberries, slice them, and place them in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle lemon zest, sugar, and balsamic on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, blend goat cheese, ricotta, water, and lemon juice until smooth.
