  • 1⅓ cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • cup melted grass-fed butter

For the Cheesecake Batter:

  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cottage cheese blended
  • 1 cup good quality white chocolate chips melted
  • ½ cup coconut sugar or cane sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted caramel
  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans or toasted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  • In a food processor, pulse graham crackers until finely powdered. Add melted butter and coconut sugar, then blend until crumbly.
