Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces of linguine pasta
  • 3/4 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt adjust to taste
  • 3 teaspoons of freshly ground black pepper adjust to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 32 ounces of low-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • In a big pot over medium-high heat, add the uncooked pasta, salt, and broth.
  • Bring the broth to a boil, cover, and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the linguine is perfectly al dente.
  • Add butter and grated cheese, stirring until both are melted and creamy.
