M&M Sprinkle Cookie Bars

Ingredients
- ¾ cup 12 tablespoons melted salted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup M&Ms
- ½ cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9×13 metal pan with parchment paper.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, and mix until fully incorporated.
- With the mixer on low, gradually add in the flour, salt, cornstarch, and baking soda. Mix until just combined.
