Want to whip up your own Island Way Sorbet? It’s super easy, and you’ll be indulging in a summer treat that’s not just cute but also super delicious—with wayyy less sugar and no dairy!

Here’s what you need for this delightful recipe:

Mango Lime Sorbet

Course Dessert

Ingredients

  • 5 cups of frozen mango
  • 1/4-1/3 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4-1/3 cup of agave or honey

Instructions

  • If you fancy serving it in mango halves, simply slice the mango, scoop out the fruit (5 mangos should do the trick), transfer it to a parchment paper-lined sheet pan, and freeze until solid (around 2 hours).
  • Next, throw all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until it’s perfectly smooth. Be patient—it might take a minute or two since the mango is frozen. Remember to scrape down the sides in between blends to ensure everything is mixed in.
  • Now, the best part—enjoy it right away for a soft-serve style, or if you’re feeling fancy, scoop it into mango halves and pop it back in the freezer until it sets (2-3 hours).
  • Feel free to tweak the lime juice and agave/honey to your liking! Personally, I love a zesty kick with lots of lime juice and just a hint of sweetener. And if your mango is perfectly ripe, it might be sweet enough on its own! So, get ready to savor the flavors of summer in every bite. 🌞🥭
