  • 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

FOR THE CARAMEL SAUCE

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 tbsp. butter cubed
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • Flaky sea salt for dusting on top

MAKE BROWNIES
