Easy Cinnamon Rolls with Caramel and Chocolate Chips

  • 2 packages of Grands canned cinnamon rolls
  • 1 stick of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips


  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter, light brown sugar, cream, and salt over medium heat. Stir constantly until everything is well combined. Once it boils, let it simmer for a minute, and then set it aside to cool slightly.
  • Take a 12-inch round baking dish and pour half of the caramel sauce into it. Arrange the cinnamon rolls over the caramel, leaving some space between each roll. Pour the remaining caramel sauce on top, but save 1/4 cup for later.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over the rolls.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top turns a lovely golden brown. Once out of the oven, immediately pour the reserved 1/4 cup of caramel on top.
  • Serve it up warm and enjoy with your fam bam!
