Chocolate Pinecones

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate tahini or regular almond butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup Chocapic cereal
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chocolate tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add almond flour and cacao powder, and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into three equal parts and shape each into a pinecone, larger at the bottom and tapered at the top.
- Starting from the top, press Chocapic cereal into the dough to resemble pinecone scales.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar for a snowy finish. Enjoy!
Notes
- Mix wet ingredients before adding almond flour.
- Oat flour can be used as an alternative, adjusting quantity as needed.
