Chocolate Peanut Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil room temperature
- 6 tbsp dairy-free milk
- 3/4 cup ground almonds
- 3/4 cup oat flour gluten-free if needed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 oz Doisy & Dam Vegan Chocolate Peanut D&Ds crushed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 340°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Using a stand mixer or electric whisk, beat together the sugar, flaxseed, and milk until creamy. Add the coconut oil and mix until well combined.
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed Doisy & Dam Vegan Chocolate Peanut D&Ds.
- Roll the dough into balls and gently press them onto the baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Shape, cool, and enjoy!
