- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Wondra flour
- vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup cinnamon
For the Dip:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces Cool Whip or 1 cup whipping cream with 1/2 cup sugar- whipped until stiff
- 1 cup caramel sauce store bought or homemade
