- 3/4 cup milk
- 1.5 tsp yeast
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 tbsp softened butter divided into 2 parts
- 1/2 tsp salt
For the regal Maple Glaze on half the donuts: 1.5 cups powdered sugar, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp hot water
For the chocolatey glaze on the other half: 3/4 cup chocolate chips + 1-2 tbsp oil
Cinnamon sugar for the donut holes: 3 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon
