1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
Batter:
1cupcanned pumpkin puree
1cupsugar
1egg
1/3cupvegetable oil
1cupall-purpose flour
1 1/2teaspoonspumpkin pie spice(see Note for substitution)
1teaspoonbaking powder
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
optional 1/2 cup chopped pecan pieces
Instructions
