1poundground beef
1cupchopped onion
1garlic cloveminced
2cupshot water
1can(12 ounces) tomato paste
1tablespoonbeef bouillon granules
1-1/2teaspoonsdried oregano
1large egglightly beaten
2cups4% cottage cheese
2cupsshredded part-skim mozzarella cheesedivided
1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese
24jumbo pasta shellscooked and drained
Instructions
