Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large apple diced and peeled

TOPPING:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Prеhеаt oven tо 350 degrees.
