Flourless Brownies
Flourless, oil-free, refined sugar-free, and gluten-free... say hello to your new favorite brownie! 🥹 These brownies are incredibly moist and gooey 🤤 plus they’re quick and super easy to make!
- 3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup peanut butter or any nut/seed butter of your choice
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup vegan chocolate protein powder you can substitute with more cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- Optional: chocolate chunks and extra peanut butter highly recommended
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the peanut butter.
Sift in the cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking soda, mixing until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips or chunks if using.
Pour the batter into the lined pan and bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the top is set.
Let the brownies cool completely before slicing into squares.
