Chocolate Cheesecake
Here’s the creamiest vegan chocolate cheesecake ever 🤎—with a buttery Oreo crust and a rich, chocolatey filling 😍. It’s no-bake, nut-free, and packed with protein!
Crust
- 1 1/2 cups Oreos finely crushed
- 1/4 cup dairy-free butter melted
Filling
- 10.5 oz dark chocolate melted
- 12 oz firm tofu
- 7 oz dairy-free cream cheese
- 1/3 cup syrup maple, agave, or fruit
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Line and grease a round, loose-bottom pan with parchment paper.
Mix the melted butter with the crushed Oreos until it resembles wet sand.
Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
In a blender, combine all the filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Pour the filling over the crust, spreading it evenly.
Let the cheesecake set in the fridge overnight.
