Mix in the flour until the batter is smooth and glossy.
Fold in the chocolate chunks or chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes, or until just set but still gooey in the center.
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
While the brownies cool, make the frosting by whipping together the cream cheese, yogurt, protein powder, and dairy-free milk using an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
Once the brownies are cool, spread the frosting over the top, then slice and enjoy!
