Start by creaming together the butter (I browned mine for extra flavor) and both sugars until smooth. Next, mix in the yogurt until fully combined. Gently stir in the flour and baking soda, being careful not to overmix. Fold in the white chocolate.
Let the dough chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Once chilled, press the dough into a lined baking tin. Bake at 340°F for about 15 minutes, then let it cool before digging in!
