Grease a 9x13-inch pan with baking spray and set aside.
In a large non-stick saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until melted or slightly golden and fragrant if browning.
Add marshmallows and peanut butter, stirring until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Add vanilla extract and salt, then stir in the cereal until fully coated.
Pour the mixture into the greased 9x13-inch pan. Use a large piece of wax paper to press down the Rice Krispies into an even layer.
