Begin by washing and slicing your peaches. Carefully remove the pit by using a paring knife to cut closely around the edges until it easily comes out with your fingers.
Lay the peach slices on a piece of parchment paper and lightly spray them with coconut oil. Then, drizzle on the honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pop the parchment paper with the peaches into your air fryer and cook at 350°F for about 7 minutes. Keep an eye on them as air frying time can vary depending on your appliance and the ripeness of your peaches. Check them after 7 minutes and add more time if needed.
Once the peaches are done, add your favorite toppings. I opted for vegan yogurt, an extra drizzle of honey, and some granola.
For a dessert twist, try serving them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with a drizzle of caramel or honey!
